The Aptitude-Academy is a close cooperation of the Dutch Training Institute for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NTI-NLP) in Limmen, Johannes B. Schmidt, Andrea M. Wandel and several partners to promote people in working out in an ongoing process their full authenticity and potential.
Johannes Benedikt Schmidt
Johannes Benedikt Schmidt, Founder of Aptitude-Academy, M. A. in Psychology, M.A. in Human Development, trained in Behavior Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Constructivist-Systemic Work, Constellation Work, Trauma Work, Craniosacral Biodynamics, and currently in training for Neurophysiological Development. Johannes is a doctoral student at Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara.
Johannes teaches in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and USA and offers seminars in Systemic Constellation Work, Trauma-Work, Systemic Communication, and diverse personal change processes; Author of the book Inner Navigation – Traumahealing and constellational processwork as a navigational tool for the evolution of your true self.

Andrea Martha Wandel
Andrea Wandel, Co-Founder of the Aptitude-Academy, Diploma in Piano, fully-licensed health practitioner since 1992. After having taught Autonomic Body Screening, Psychological Field Screening and „health” to health professionals for many years her focus is now on Trauma-Work, Neuraltherapy, Homeopathy, Systemic Constellations Work, Craniosacral Biodynamics and Neurophysiological Development. Currently, Andrea offers teaching seminars in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. Andrea is known as a deeply appreciative person whose astounding sensitivity, well-balanced compassion and sometimes tough love generates self-healing and personal progress.

Since 1990, The Dutch Training Institute for NLP (NTI-NLP) helps people and organizations who want to increase their presentation capabilities. The institute was founded by Bouke de Boer and Dorien Groot, NLP Master-trainers. Through Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Systemic Work, Solution Focussed Therapy and other techniques of self-understanding, our clients learn how to improve their capacity to reach their own targets. The NTI-NLP trainings are focused on „people who deal with people”. Because, communication is not limited to any specific social context, NLP techniques apply to both work and personal environments. The NTI-NLP institute also offers trainings aimed specifically at Family and organization counseling. The NTI-NLP institute is approved by the Dutch Board of NLP (NVNLP) and member of the International Network of Humanistic Neuro-Linguïstic Psychology (INHNLP).
