Being fully alive is a deep longing in everybody. So deep is the craving for vitality, joy, vibrancy and full participation in life that we cannot ignore our hunger for completion and wholeness. We cannot live for less than we are. We are driven towards reunion with our deepest self.

However, getting in touch with ourselves is no easy business. In the very beginning of life we undergo imprints that form our basic behaviour patterns. Conception, embodiment, intrauterine experiences as well as the quality of birth, attachment, systemic family dynamics, or traumatic experiences have a strong impact on our self-relationship and the way we experience the world.

These early experiences reach deep into our somatic, emotional, neuronal, and spiritual makeup. Modifying the way we are requires safe holding, mindful attentive presence, and patient gentleness to invoke healing in the different levels of our being-nature.

This seminar offers the opportunity to inquire into your own being nature within the supportive framework of a group. Finally meeting yourself can be a liberating experience that deepens well-being, connection and intimacy with yourself and the world around you.

In this workshop you will have the opportunity to look at personally relevant issues within a supportive holding environment of a larger group. Here it will be possible to expose yourself to urgent questions, existential issues or personal inquiry and find some guidance for the next steps to take in your situation. In this workshop people meet to learn about themselves and what it takes to get on with their situation in life, relationships, work-situation, how to connect to their health and resources. Every process displayed offers rich learning material for you and the continual three day process affects all those who witness and participate in it. A profound and nourishing experience.

In the workshop we work with systemic constellations, trauma work, neuroaffective touch, and pay particular attention to the wisdom of the body. We look for health and well-being. We aim at getting into coherent resonance with the fundamental rhythms in life and support you to get in touch with who you are.

Our deepest longing is to become fully human and be truly ourselves. Congruency with who we are at the bottom of our being-nature makes for the finest quality we can get in life.

This course will offer space, safety and gentleness to explore the depth and parts of ourselves that did have no chance to present themselves in the hassle of our daily life. This course shall help to access our deep wounding and traumata that make us limit our potential and stay small where we want to grow.

This course offers no techniques but is about the attitude you need to relate to yourself in a way that makes healing possible. We learn to invite reconnection with our deepest self to happen. We explore untapped resources, and set out to find your unique way of getting to know yourself deeply.

This course is about owning yourself fully. It is about learning that you are not a particular character but an embodied process that can be directed towards its own healing and health.

Deep Change Process

The enduring question about the difference between „Change” and „Deep Change” finally made us create the seminar „Deep Cange”. Many people strive for personal change and go for much deliberate action to bring it about. However, after years of working on themselves they look back and wonder what was accomplished and what are the limits of all this personal accomplishment. They try hard to change themselves, apply tools and techniques, and take deliberate steps into their future. Finally, they mature to a point where they get tired of the way they „do themselves”. They feel caught in their own strategies and change often turns out to be more of the same. They feel tired about the perpetuation of their inner strategies and look for something that is not themselves again. And then, at a stage of dissatisfaction, wonderment, and not-knowing anymore, they realize the difference between „Change” and „Deep Change”. The difference is small but relevant. Deep Change can not be done.

„Deep Change can not be done”. Deep Change can only be invited. Deep Change can be prepared for and requires a receptive and receiving attitude in the way we handle ourselves and how we take ourselves seriously. It is „Deep Change” that comes to you if you do not protect against that transformation. Hence, Deep Change can be ushered in if your perception and reception is cleared of old impairments. Part of the impairment makes that we shy away from ourselves if we run into old traumata and find our body, feelings and thoughts going „funny”. Thus, we can not get through to our true nature and can not fully settle within ourselves. We stay alert and tensed. The gateway to the true self is blocked by deeply embodied, aversive experiences. Observing disinterestedly the unfolding of our inner structure is the first step to doing nothing.

This practice of observing, witnessing and watching finally gives way to a particular attitude of connecting to the world, to resources, to people, or to your spiritual source. Little attentive steps, taken with observing mindfulness clear the way to the body’s inner healing plan and connect us to a wisdom that is beyond our head. This broadens your capability to relate to yourself, and thus, the way how you are able relate to the world. From this inner connection to your being nature, you will discover that it is not you moving the world, but the world is moving you, touching you, and renewing you from within. You will surrender into a new quality of change. The forces you meet there will touch your deepest core. Deep Change can only be undergone.
