In Systemic Constellation Work we set up people as all-body-receptors to tune into a co-created field of inquiry. You bring your questions to the field and pick up information via embodied perception, observation of systemic interconnectedness, and reciprocal dialogue. With this connection to a wisdom and knowledge that is all around us we can transcend the rationality and linearity of our cognitive safety net.

Trauma work is about connecting with your "being" nature and resources. It is about going from a felt-sense to an integrated felt-self. It is about getting into coherent resonance with the fundamental rhythms of life and integrating the developmental knowledge and experience of embryology, pre- and perinatal psychology, and neuropsychology. To touch the origin of your being-nature is a humbling and gently rejuvenating experience. It is an awe-inspiring journey to the birthplace of your spiritual roots. Dis-ease turns into ease, separation into connection and stuck-ness into flow.

In this workshop, by combining the experience of constellation work with that of trauma work, we go one step further. We apply systemic constellations to inner, non-verbal processes and trauma resolution. We will explore our inner realities and find new ways of relating to ourselves and thus to life and the world around us.

The interface of trauma resolution work and systemic constellations provides the opportunity to use the wisdom of both to open you to a deeper relationship with yourself and to integrate the nonverbal, embodied experience of the time between conception and age three, the time of pre-verbal traumatic experiences. The group holds the field, providing a safe container for the process to unfold. The containment and gentle pace of the process helps to externalize critical life experiences and disengage from events which overwhelmed in the past. The quality of the observer's presence invites you into exploration, with a stillness and gentleness that transforms emotional wounds and fosters healing. This workshop is a gift for yourself and an invitation to compassionate self-healing - the place where you and your self meet.
